1 lb ground bison
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 slices reduced-fat cheddar
4 whole wheat burger buns
Preparation
Mix first 4 ingredients. Form mixture into 1 inch thick patties. Grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes for medium to medium well burgers. Top with cheese right before removing from grill.
